Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused or gently tried on, and free from wear, damage, scratches, or alterations.
- Glasses, including frames and lenses, must be in returnable condition with no scratches, bent frames, missing parts, or signs of extended use beyond normal try-on.
- All original packaging, tags, protective cases, cleaning cloths, and accessories must be included.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at djkeyewear@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number, if applicable.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If a returned item does not meet the condition requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
